Live & Learn assists Behavioral Health Concepts, Inc. with its services as a federally certified External Quality Review Organization (EQRO). Under contract with the California Department of Health Services, these services include providing quality reviews of MediCal mental health managed care services in all 58 counties.
As a panelist for the technical assistance initiative Optimizing Data Collection by Peer-Operated Programs for Mental Health and Co-Occurring Conditions we provided input to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) on unifying data and accountability metrics.
Grants from NIDILRR grants support Live & Learn staff to accomplish the objectives of the Self-Employment Starts with You project, the proof-of-concept prototype of Reclaiming Employment, and the Certified Peer Specialist Career Outcomes Study.
